When the 2020 pandemic shut down live-in-person performances, artists were able to continue to entertain via social media, which gave rise to "Tea Time With LJ". At first it was 5 days a week, it then became a three day routine of Moody Monday, Workshop Wednesday and Fingerbuster Friday or sometimes Fab Friday.
For these virtually live mini solo concerts, Laurence took deep dives into his own guitar compositions and his repertoire of Beatles, Wings and Standards. There were instant arrangements and improvisations, with a side of music history and "guitarology".
