Jon Cobert

Pianist, Recorded with John Lennon

Jon is a longtime New York City session musician, playing piano, organ, guitar and other instruments and has recorded with Tom Chapin, Loudon Wainwright III and John Denver. He most notably played piano on John Lennon’s hit 1975 version of Stand By Me.

Jon has earned five Grammy nominations. This is Jon’s second FEST and he will be joining Liverpool and the other musical guests on Sunday’s Musicians’ Forum, and the evening’s closing concert with Liverpool.
