Micky Dolenz<\/strong><\/span>, an actor and musician, is best known as the drummer and lead vocalist of The Monkees, and is the only member of The Monkees who has been with the group since its inception. He was present in 1967 when The Beatles were working on and recording Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band.<\/em>
