May 5th: We did see so many of you at the British Invasion Show last Friday. What a wonderful evening - seemed to be the consensus. First Terry Sylvester sang a half dozen Hollies classics, followed by Billy J. Kramer, who had the highest energy level of the 4 acts. Chad and Jeremy followed with out a band, just the two of them on guitars. Very special indeed. Peter and Gordon closed the show with a long set of their hits and assorted favorites. Their encore was Bye Bye Love and they were joined by Chad and Jeremy. It was an historic moment as it was the first time they have every played together! How fitting that it was a song by Rock’s first duo - the Everly Brothers.

The Smithereens were our Guests last year, which many of you missed because of that unfortunate Ice Storm that weekend. They performed the new CD (at the time) Meet The Smithereens - their tribute to the Beatles first US Album. They will also be joining us in Chicago this Summer.
By now, you probably are aware of Ringo’s announced Summer Tour. Go to www.ringostarr.com for all the dates and venues. Since most of his New York area shows take place while we are in Las Vegas, we are going to be seeing him on June 21st in Bethel Woods, site of the 1969 Woodstock Festival.
We have been hearing rumblings that Paul is planning to tour this Fall. Nothing has been announced yet, but Paul himself said a few months back, that he was hoping to tour in 2008. That would be absolutely fantastic!!
